Clinic - Summer 2024(girls)

Find Your Edge Hockey is excited to announce that Dexter-Southfield School in Brookline, MA will host our first annual Find Your Edge two-week clinic. Female athletes, ages 13-18, are encouraged to sign up for both weeks as it is progressive, each day building on skills and tactics learned in each previous days work both on and off the ice.

Dates:

Week 1: June 10-14, 4-6pm

Week 2: June 17-21, 4-6pm

Weekly schedule (will have two groups based on age/skill level):

Group 1: On-ice 4-5pm, off-ice 5-6pm

Group 2: Off-ice 4-5pm, on-ice 5-6pm

Off-ice sessions will rotate daily between:

• Nutrition with Boston Bruins Nutritionist, Julie Nicoletti, B.S. R.Ph

• Sport Performance with Boston Bruins and MGH Clinical Director, Scott Waugh, PT

• Mental Skills Training with Dr. Elizabeth Ward, Peak Performance Coach

On-ice sessions will be led by Coach Jamie with rotating daily guest coaches from prep, collegiate, professional, and national level teams. Full list of coaches coming soon.

Cost:

Two-week session: $600/athlete

If can only sign-up for one week: $400/athlete - preference will be given for those athletes that sign up for the full two weeks
